Windows 10: BSOD on startup and on USB install

Hello.


I am having consistent BSOD errors with my computer, and I believe it could be corrupt system files from what I’ve been reading. This occurs anytime my computer boots up, right before the login screen and when it automatically goes into Repair mode. It also occurs when I’m booting to a very recent Windows installation from USB. The error code is0xc000021a. I will list some of my PC specs below:


AMD Ryzen 5 3600X Processor


ASRock B450 MOBO


Nvidia GTX 750-Ti GPU


16GB RAM - Corsair Vengance LPX


If more info is needed, please tell me, but note that I cannot get into my PC because of this. Thank you!

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

Flickering screen at startup, crashes, and BSOD after instaling new GPU

SO the Logs showed no errors at all during them times? They will be listed with a RED X Circle?????

Well if you just installed Windows 7 then make sure you have all your mobo drivers (chipset and all that stuff) from the mono vendor website, Then make sure you have your .net installed and updated as well as Direct X...THEN INSTALL THE AMD CATS!
