Windows 10: BSOD on Startup. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e

Hi,

I received a BSOD on startup on the 7th of August at 6:57 pm.

I have been trying to look into why this has happened but couldn't find out.

Could you please help me find out the cause of the BSOD and how to fix it?

Hi I just got another BSOD again..

this time it says "

the event viewer says the following

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

So my computer recently crashed on startup and made a bugcheck report. I tried scanning for viruses and found that adwcleaner wouldn't work because sqlite3.dll couldn't be loaded, but subsequent uses of adwcleaner don't give me this error. Here is a full
report of the bugcheck:
