Windows 10: BSOD on wake from sleep, error: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e)

Hello there,

My brother's PC has recently been upgraded with a new Nvidia graphics card and since then has begun to experience BSOD's whenever the PC is woken up from sleep (after manually putting the computer in sleep mode from the start menu.)

I updated his PC to the latest version of Window 10 anniversary edition and used the latest Nvidia drivers from their website. Any help clearing this up would be greatly appreciated.

The page also suggested a faulty memory, though I did the check and there were no errors whatsoever.

Please check ASUS for BIOS updates.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial for the installation part *Arrow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums
