BSOD on wake up Windows 10

I have got this HP Laptop that crashes a few seconds after waking up from sleep or hibernation. I have tried to update system drivers and Windows, get no results. I know the HDD has write errors but I don't believe it is causing the problem as Windows will otherwise start fine while booting and the HDD has had this problem for over a year.

In the annex, I have attached the dump file from windows after the crash occurs, and the populated text file from Event Viewer. Hope you guys can help!

    Thanks a lot!

    :)

  2. BSOD due to netadaptercx.sys after waking the PC from Sleep

    Hi Prakhar,

The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Chris

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Windows 10 BSOD error "Unexpected Storage Exception" on waking the computer

*Original Title: Windows 10 BSOD error on waking

Over the last 6 weeks I have been getting consistent BSOD whenever the system "wakes". It collects the data, but more often than not, it doesn't reboot.

I have uploaded the system information and the last 4 weeks of dmp files.

    Suggestions?
