Windows 10: BSoD only while playing certain games

I seem to get a blue screen of death only while playing certain games. The games that cause the blue screen are seemingly random including but not limited to Overwatch 2, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 the new one and Ubisoft's XDefiant. A temporary solution is to limit the framerate to something lower around 60-90 fps which only makes the blue screens less frequent. Often times I will get a CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT with the blue screen, my computer will also freeze for a few seconds cutting all audio just before the bsod.I've reinstalled windows a few times, tried updating drivers and bios, an

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

BSOD when playing certain games

I get BSOD's when playing certain games; Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Civilization VI, and Witcher 3. However, I don't get BSOD's when playing Crysis 3, or Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. The driver that's causing it is Hal.dll. My PSU is new, and I ran the windows memory test and it reported no errors. I'm at a loss. Crash file is attached.

Thanks for the solution but it BSOD again when I tried playing just now.

I removed all Nvidia drivers with the DDU in safe mode and downloaded the latest driver from Nvidia.

I'm attaching the latest dump file along my system info if that helps:

Weird thing is that it only happens on certain games. I was playing another game (not really graphically intensive but still average) and it didn't BSOD at all for my playtime about 3 plus hours.
