Windows 10: BSOD or Black Screen Requiring Hardshutdown

My pc is still running when it somehow crashes my monitor switches off to a black screen showing no signal pc requires hard shut down to turn off sometimes even flipping switch on powersupply for it to shut down. I have a verifier file to this post but im unsure if it shows the issue as the problem is not showing up as an event. the problem seems to be at random instead of being provoked I restored back to a windows update for 12/25/15 instead of before verifier to see if problem persists after a critical update was installed

Frozen on black screen since windows10 update started

I opted into upgrading windows ten my laptop (hp touchsmart tm2) told me i could start the update so i did and ever since the upgrade started i have literally only had black screen for 9hours then i hardshutdown, i turned it back on it showed the windowa
ten symbol then just blacked screened again this time its been 1.1/2 hours. HELP i have no laptop

I have also noticed I can't get a picture booting while plugged into the igpu only the installed gpu. and and I had a warning finally show up for my display driver crashing and recovering.

 

Please upload the dump from C:\Windows\Minidump after creating a zip, right click the dump > copy > zip.
The dump from the crash is missing but should be in the minidump folder.

 

I attempted to make a zip. It says the the file is empty and could not be created.

This is complete only the drivers are installed and overdrive has been removed.

I had another crash it appears to be like the other as it happens around the same time while system is idle. Attachment 57385

 

Additional information is required, run the dm log collector to provide it.

 

Please check MSI Global 64 for driver and BIOS updates

Updated bios now having issues getting system started, no signal to monitor

 

Not finding helpful info other then submitting an RMA to msi it seems to not be posting at all.
