    BSOD or complete freeze


    Hi,I keep getting a random BSOD/Random hard freeze and I am trying to analyze the dump file information and I believe it is telling me that its being caused by BEDaisy aka Battle Eye anticheat but I need someone to confirm and help me figure this out please. I got new RAM thinking that was the problem originally and did a PC reset as well but kept Files.     BSOD and freezing

    Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
    After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
    I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
    I did not install any new hardware.
    Now it seems to run fine again.

    But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
    I bought this laptop last January.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
