Windows 10: BSOD playing Dota2

I only have this problem on Dota2. I can play every other game on ultra settings without heating or any other problem but every day i have bsod while playing dota2. Please help. Thanks.

can somebody help me with this one? I played dota2 yesterday morning. I closed the program to have a break then after that I launch the dota2 then this! Black screen. I can hear the sounds but no visual :/ even in dota2 reborn. Any help would be so grateful!

Thank you for your support but I search with the intel driver update tool but it didnt find anything about cpu driver.

I tested my cpu with Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and it pass the test. I tested the ssd, the hdd, the ram but i have nothing. didnt have any problem with the tests. It must be about dota2 source 2 engine isnt it?

 

The crashes are 0x9C(MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION) which are similar to 0x124(WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR)
Meaning that both are usually caused by hardware problems, but it is difficult to identify it.
Other common causes are

• Overclocking
• Drivers
• BIOS problems
• Dust

 

i just bought it so no dust or overclocking. And i dont see any update. Please help

 

Please run the DM Log Collector tool again and upload the zip file.

 

yesterday it gave me bsod 3 times but only 1 time collected data

 

hey @axe0 i fixed the machine check exception. it was a bios problem. now i have a diferent kind of bsod. i uploaded the dump. Please help

 

The crashes are caused by the Elan Input Device driver.
Also known as a touchpad if I am correct.
Check your manufacturer for driver updates.
