Windows 10: BSOD playing Flash based game

Hi. I am expert in maintaining my system performance and security issues. From few days I am having BSOD while playing Flashed based game in Firefox 49.0.2. This is 2nd time it crashed. My system is high-end gaming PC so there is no resource issue I believe. Please I need an expert to look it into this issue. I will be very thankful to him. Package attached.

Dump files are usually found at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the files. To show hidden files select the keyboard shortcut
Win+S, type File Explorer Options in the Search box and click Folder Options in the drop down menu. Select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and
"Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.



What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?



Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your OneDrive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items. Text file format please, HTML files are less easy
to work with.

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut
Win+R, type msinfo32 and press the ENTER
key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located.
Files in the txt file format are preferred. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information
is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here.

BSOD Playing Flash Game

I play a flash base game online, Star Trek: Alien Domain, and when I go through their website to play, I can go through the login and the game starts to load but at 3% I get the BSOD and then it says check windows.com/stopcode with Stopcode:Kernel_Security_Check_Failure.

However I can still play the game if I go through Face Book and have no problems and I have no problems with any other site I visit. Game Samba who runs the game says it's an update from Microsoft that causes the problems and not their site. This approximately
4 days ago. Samba said I should remove the last update from the 13th of Dec and restore my computer back to the 11th but it still is happening. Samba says that Microsoft is aware of the issue and are working on it but I don't know if that's something they
are just saying or if it's true. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sorry, looks like you have an illegal Windows installation. Once you get a legal install I'll be happy to try and help you.

 

I have fixed the issue. Please if you can help in this matter.

 

Did you run DM_Log_collector again and upload the zip file. If not, please do so,. If you did then you still have an illegal activation, sorry.
