Windows 10: BSOD Playing World of Warcraft/Second Life

This is a new issue.. Until today, everything was working fine.
However, when I personally looked at my event viewer, some weird program apparently keeps trying to launch, that I never even installed in the first place "Windows Hello Business" or something like that..
I did however, zip the item that is asked for.. here you go.. please help. (there is no icon for bashing my head on my keyboard.. so i will just go with... *Confused*Doh*What*Kill*Mad2*Banghead<-that one is close LOL)

I think I have found a work around. As originally posted I do still think this is a driver problem. I have replaced the microsoft driver with the newest Intel driver from their page and haven't had the lock up problem since. To be honest I am not sure
why microsoft doesn't just use Intel's driver instead of trying to tweak it. Another instance of developers/engineers outsmarting themselves...

I used this page's instructions for process: Installing the latest Intel HD Graphics Driver on Microsoft Surface Pro, Pro 2 and Pro 3 - lifeisabug.com (follow link and do process at your own risk as though I didn't have any problems nobody can guarantee anyone
else won't.)

Hope it works for everyone.

 

Warning Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with SlimDrivers, please remove them as it may cause trouble.
An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.


Please fill in your system specsPlease follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
