Windows 10: BSOD / please help reading debug info

I have 2 brand new Dell Precision 3680 desktops. We got them to replace 2 older desktops that run in our procedure rooms. These computers require the use of Osprey capture cardsOsprey 825e. When the new desktops came in, We made sure all windows and dell command updates were installed. We then swapped the cards over and downloaded the drivers supplied on Osprey Videos driver page. When the driver is installed and capture card is put in, the machine will BSOD and give kernal security failure error. Everything to me points to driver issue. Debugging BOSD and need help understanding bug

Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)

1) Move the page file from E: to C:

2) Reboot

3) Make sure that C: has > 30 GB free space during the troubleshooting

4) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

Upgrade the BIOS: 2603 > 3006

7) List all hardware connected to USB ports

8) After the next BSOD search for C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link with only the zipped memory dump (only a zipped memory dump)

Instructions are already in the BSOD repository, the next step.

Agree all batch files that show output in Command Prompt or Powershell windows should have the info window updated. I look at doing that soon.

Help needed for periodic BSODs on MSI laptop

Yes, please run memtest86 twice in succession for a total of 8 passes. Your WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is telling you it is an unknown hardware problem. The fact that no dump is written suggests it could be related to the drive. I would also run a full range of disk tests. Start with HDtune. Diagnostics Test [/i] HDD TEST *Arrow Run HDTune to

check the health,

scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan

run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly. When above is done please make screenshots of the following

the health,

the error scan,

the benchmark incl. following

transfer rate,

access time,

burst rate,

cpu usage.

I believe I ran this hard drive scan yesterday and nothing out of the ordinary showed up in the benchmark, no bad sectors.. I will test it again and post the results. I will also post the results of memtest, I left it while I went to work so hopefully it has not booted to Windows while I was out - - - Updated - - - I have completed the tests First pass of memtest86
