Windows 10: BSOD Problem 139 Memory Dump in the thread plus Explorer.EXE BEX64 crash

1st ProblemSo this BSOD problem been happening for a while now since summer 2021, it comes and goes and mainly seems to happen while watching some video in the internet, i have yet to experience this BSOD while in a game.Reason i have not bothered trouble shooting it earlier is mainly how in-frequent it is so i merely believed it to be out of the blue fluke that will go away. It can happen 2 or 3 times in a span of a week or two and then not happen for 2 months and come back again.I have recently changed GPUs in February of 2022, used to have a RX 580 8GB and now i have RTX 3060 12GB. This option is standard checked with memory.dmp files, thats why they'll be overwritten.

It's almost inevitably associated with a 3rd party program hooked into file explorer.
Consider anything that modifies file explorer in any way (e.g. adds buttons, quick access to favourites, changes appearance of the GUI...) and any context menu entry.

You can start by disabling all non-MS context entries, starting with Shellexview (free), and then seeing if the same occurs.

You may find further such entries using the more technical Autoruns (free from MS) where the listing is divided into clear sections to help you find those.

Do not disable MS entries- these programs help you to hide those.

BSOD/crash playing games, memory error on shutdown

The important command was not able to be ran on the memory dump.
We will have to wait for more mini dumps.
