    BSOD problem


    I'm running Windows 10 on an ASUS ROG laptop. On Nov 21st I was working with Photoshop and a message popped up on my screen that a particular file had a virus and I needed to shutdown my computer immediately. I panicked and pushed the power off button without making note of the file and shutting down properly. When I restarted I got the message, "Hello, we've got you,....". I thought it was a suspect message and immediately hit the power off button again finding out later that this is a standard windows install message. Now when I power up my screen is black with the mouse pointer, no icons or
