    BSOD randomly appears with IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL


    Hi guys,
    First, my pc specs
    cpu : skylake i5 6600
    mb : asrock b 150m pro4
    ram : samsung 16(8*2)gb
    gpu : emtek jet stream gtx 970
    power : micronics classic 2 600w
    OS : windows 10 pro
    ssd : samsung 850 pro 512 gb
    Monitor : LG 27MP35

    This BSOD starts about 6 months ago and I tried to find out what is causing my BSOD.
    Any advice is really helping for solving this disaster.
    Have a great day.

    p.s Is there any possible to old monitor conflict main computer, especially with gpu?

    Well i didn't have any problems for the first 4/6 months, they only started after that and the BSODs have given me a range of messages from irql not greater or equal to kmode exception not handled (there are many more).

    The files are in a foreign language and cannot be scanned or read. Please use English as the default language and resubmit the DM log collector so that the files can be troubleshooted.

    The event log remains unreadable.
    See if you can attempt the changes back and forth again to see if a second or third time change can have any impact.

    YSDrv.sys
    YSR0.sys


    Perform the following steps:
    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) When these commands have completed > right click on the top bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread.
    6) Run HD Tune on the drive:
    HD Tune website
    7) post into the thread images of the following test results:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan (this may take many hours so plan to run overnight)
    8) Uninstall Vbox and reinstall the software
    9) Open the motherboard's website for the computers bios and post a URL into the thread.
    10) Locate and post into the thread the memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Use file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results and then post the file using a one drive or drop box share link.

    Thanks for your advice. After I got some trying, finally changed my system language too. But there still some unreadable sentences in log, but much better than last one. And I'll update thread when I completed all of performance testing you metioned. Thanks agian. And vbox you mentioned is nox app player? I don't have vbox in my computer.

    Our database of computer drivers is very large and did not have the misbehaving drivers.
    Searching google it appears as App Player BigNox.com or VM Virtual Box.
    If you do not use this software please uninstall it and if you use it please uninstall it and then reinstall it.

    If you are unable to find this software open file explorer > this PC > local C: > in the right upper corner type:
    YSDrv.sys
    YSR0.sys
    App Player
    BigNox.com
    VM Virtual
    Virtual Box

    Once you identify the software associated with these drivers on the computer please post the finding into the thread.

    I do run nox app player and deleted. But after few minute, BAD POOL CALLER bsod started.
    I tested RAM, CPU, GPU, M/B, SSD by official manufacturer's service center in Korea last few month. (Except PSU, Monitor).
    RAM tested and found no error.
    CPU tested and found no error.
    M/B just change same another one without any question or test.
    SSD tested and found no error.

    I tried update BIOS, program drivers, Driver verifier method. But Bsod keep bothering me. And recnetly Chrome window suddenly disappears with or without error. Don't know this related to my BSOD but it happens.

    3) Ordinarily we recommend updating the BIOS to the latest version.

    I updated BIOS 7.20 and turn off fast start up option, really hope this option solve my trouble.
    And submitted support ticked for Queencreek error.
    I'll update when Intel support stuff finished.
    Changing system language needed further procedure in my case.
    1. After change 'display language' and adapted
    2. go to 'additional date, time and region setting'
    3. go to 'country or region'
    4. go to 'administrator option'
    5. go to 'copy setting' check all blanked box , go to 'change system local' and change it to english
    In step5, maybe one of those process worked for me.

    So last 7 days, there are 2 things I'd like to update.

    1. I tried given solution in intel community thread about Queencreek, but didn't work.
    And got respond from my support ticket and talk about my problems with intel man. But he didn't know exact solution about my case.

    2. I thought still my problem mainly by display part, so another visit to GPU manufacturer(emtek) customer offline support.
    I checked my gpu test last time so I wanted to get replace with same model or same specs of mine. Not same as mine but got GTX1060 3gb (from GTX970) for testing my pc. But still bsods occurs. Plus, tried onboard (integrated gpu in cpu) gpu but still get bsods.

    These days, got bsod named VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Just same as when I first post this thread. (Attach latest dm collector zip)
    If there any missing thing or mistaken in my case, any advise will really appreciate.

    There were 5 BSOD with bugcheck A and when debugged there was no definitive misbehaving driver.

    The IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x0000000A. This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at an invalid address while at a raised interrupt request level (IRQL). This is typically either a bad pointer or a pageability problem.

    The temperature during Prime95 was on the hot side at 100 degrees.
    Please open the case to clean fans and evaluate the cooling.

    1) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for any listing which displays a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark > post images into the thread.
    2) look for Root Print Queue SWD\PRINTENUM\PRINTQUEUES This device is disabled. to see if this item has a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark.
    3) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.

    The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
    There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
    A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
    There is 16 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
    Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
    Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
    When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

    1. Root print queue + other Device manager images

    I disabled Root print queue when bsod keep started because thought it was unnecesary driver.
    Should I change it into enabled status?
