Windows 10: BSOD - Registry Error

Stop Code: REGISTRY_ERRORWas downloading a game from Steam to the C drive when the computer started. Was working well up until this point. Shows the blue screen for a moment, and then goes to the manufacturers logo. Remains stuck there, so haven't been able to use any of the in-built tools. I have Hiren's Boot USB, but not sure how to fully use all the tools.Tried to use System Restore, but it's saying there's no restore points. Would be grateful for any advice that people may have.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

The fact it doesn't BSOD in safe mode indicates a driver error.
Up date all drivers and see if it helps, it may have been a recent update causing it too.

Or a hardware issue as they are disabled without the driver. Remove any hardware you can, or recently installed

It could be a DVD drive, sata cable, sound card, hot swap drive bay ect
