Windows 10: BSOD, reset from the cloud, can't install Horizon 4 on second hard drive

I recently came home to the BSOD. I do not know what caused the BSOD. I reset Windows 10 through the cloud while keeping all my files. Everything seemed to be working. However, games installed via the Windows Store, Adobe apps, Office, Steam and maybe others I have not noticed yet are gone. I first went to install Forza Horizon 4 from the Windows Store. Upon hitting the install button I am prompted to select a drive. The file size of the game is 78 gb. I don't have 78 gb on the C: drive where Windows is installed. But I can select to install it on the E: drive where there is 300 some gb free. I select the E: drive. I hit install. Nothing happens. It simply won't install. I tried to change the destination to which new apps are saved via the settings -> system -> storage -> change where new content is saved. Selected E:. Hit Apply. Was prompted: Delete other apps? This drive has apps from another device. To use this drive, the other apps must first be deleted. Do you want to Continue. I select yes. I then get the message: We couldn't set your default save location. The operation did not complete successfully. Try again in a bit.The error code is 0x80070005, in case you need it. I can't get past this issue. Please advise on how to proceed.

Wondering about a second hard drive and installing Vista on it and also a ..

Annoying having to go into the bios each time though. And for me not a option unless i run 2 arrays.

 

Can't install an app on my hard drive

Hi everyone

So i just reset my laptop and i'm trying to reinstall all apps. It was going well until i tried to install Forza Horizon 4. I wanted to install it on my hard drive but when i clicked install it doesn't do anything. I don't have enough space in my SSD. I
want to know why i can't install Forza Horizon 4 on my hard drive. this is not ok, pls help

p.s. I didn't get any error codes when i try to install it on my hard drive, it just doesn't do anything.

Please help me.
