Windows 10: BSOD - Riot Games Vanguard Anti Cheat program

It's been a few days since I've been getting the BSOD either a "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" or "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" with the error pointing to "vgk.sys" which after few Google searches I found out it was Riot Games Anti Cheat program - Vanguard. I have a gaming laptop ROG Strix G16 with a 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-13980HX, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070, 16GB RAM, and a 64x bit OS. Before the first BSOD, I hadn't touched League of Legends the only Riot game I play for roughly 5 days and had no problems. The problems started appearing after I updated some of my drivers: GPU,

Regular BSODs thought to have been caused by Riot Vanguard (vgk.sys)

BSoDs caused by anti-cheat software are not a simple matter as more and more MMO games are installing this software and require it to be enabled in order to run at all. In general, I can try to recommend that you uninstall both the game and this anti-cheat software and reinstall the game with this software, or you can try disabling your antivirus (if you have one besides Windows Defender) and other programs that may conflict with Vanguard

This dump file also mentions the Vanguard anti-cheat driver "vgk.sys" as the cause of the crash.

Since reinstalling Vanguard anti-cheat didn't help, I suggest contacting Riot Games to report this error. Provide the dump file so they can analyze what is causing their driver to cause Windows to have BSOD.

Hi. I am using a Lenovo Ideapad l340, i7-9750H, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650, 16 GB ram. A year ago Lenovo replaced its faulty motherboard, but after that, I had BSOD issues which I initially thought was caused by outdated drivers but I guess wasn't because it still happens now even when I regularly check for driver updates. I recently upgraded my RAM but the BSODs were still happening so I suppose that wasn't the problem. The situation is, I'm getting a lot of BSODs when I have Riot Vanguard, an anti-cheat software by Riot Games, running in the background. When I turn it off, I thought I wouldn't get any more until just an hour ago when a BSOD occurred while I was downloading a game from the Epic Games Store. My Windows Version Number is 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1706). I have attached the logs gathered using your V2 log collector.
