  5. Ok I make system Specs.
Laptop is from 2013. Replaced parts are SSD and Graphics card. Drivers and hardware diagnostics are checked automatically via Dell SupportAssist every month. System is on SSD Drive. I have system backup image on USB Pendrive. Laptop was working good (friday) but i shut it down and chose "shut down and update". After this update i turned on laptop and make several resets becouse it stucks on black screen. Startup repair fail. After them BSOD with information about SrtTrail.txt with acces to setup repair. I have open srtrail.txt with cmd prompt from automatic setup repair (blue one).
I have done nothing more i wrote above. I have no restore points.

But yesterday i followed this steps and it solve the problem but not totally:

After long loading and black screen Windows finally turned on. But after reset I have again bsod with SrtTrail.txt. I have created restore point. But how to prevent another bsods?
In this case I should follow steps from your above post?

Run this log collector and post a zip into this thread:
    log collector v2-beta08.zip
    (extract > open)

That looks like the registry backup method in one of my other posts.
    Which link did you use?
Did it fix most things except the bsod?

If you can get into safe mode you should have fewer bsod:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

The command can be run in safe mode.

The repair should be considered fragile.
    So perform these steps:
    1) Make a brand new restore point
    2) backup important files to another drive or to the cloud
    3) make a backup image with Macrium:
    4) Place the backup image onto another drive or into the cloud

    5) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    6) sfc /scannow
    7) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    8) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    9) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread10) chkdsk /x /f /r C:
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight
    11) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer. Copy and paste > notepad > post into the thread using a one drive or drop box share link.

    Great.
I'm glad to see that you were able to fix the problems using the registry repair.

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned or read.
Please re-post the logs in English so that they can be troubleshooted:
Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials
    log collector v2-beta08.zip
    (extract > open)

    2) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    3) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread
