Windows 10: Bsod started after updating windows version ltsc 2019 to ltsc 2021

I bought a hp probook 645 g3 windows 10 enterprises ltsc 2021 v 1809 installed in that from another person. Everything was fine but i updated to windows enterprises ltsc 2021 v 21h2. After that I imported files from an external drive and bsod appeared with full windows crash. I prepared ltsc 2021 bootable USB on android via an app and booted my computer. But after importing files from another drive, bsod with windows crash appeared again. I rebooted from usb, this time windows 10 pro. Bsod appeared again after downloading files from telegram dextop. I tried everything but didn't help. This tim

Does the Windows 10 LTSC 2021 has the license downgrade right to Windows 10 LTSC 2019?

If you have access to the Volume License Service Center as part of your purchase agreement, then you can sign in and download older Enterprise LTSC versions. Can I re-use my W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License when in-place upgrading to W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021?

Hi - Can I re-use my activated W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License when in-place upgrading to W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021?

I have a workstation running on W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019, I want to in-place upgrade this exact same machine to the newer W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021.

Can I keep using my current W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License? Or will it ask for a new license activation?

I already know that Enterprise LTSC 2019 has a longer (extended) support date than Enterprise (not IOT) LTSC 2021.
