Windows 10: BSOD Stop code 0x00000018 REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 5502, and I have updated the BIOS, Graphics card, network drivers, and other recommended drivers on the dell driver site. However when I check the logs, it keeps showing stop code 0x00000018 ntkrnlmp.exe. I have tried using the SFC /scannow command which it found corrupt files and it was repairedRunning hardware diagnostics, no issues found.Checked for updates, system is up-to-date.Tried everything here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/stop-screen-0x00000018/748d732e-be78-4758-bced-220a4f53f573 and still not resolution.Here are the erro

BSOD Reference_by_pointer 0x00000018 windows 10

I have this error "Reference_by_pointer" when I'm playing an on line game, these are the codes per dumb file, 0x00000018 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe001cf1ba800, 0x0000000000000010, 0x0000000000000001).

Please help, I checked the drivers and they are up to date.

I have the dumb file but I don't see the option to attach it in this post.

 

BSoD REFERENCE_BY_POINTER & SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Recently I've been getting quite a lot of bluescreens while playing games and it has become quite a problem for me. Since I'm not really experienced with software issues, I'd like to ask for help with this one.

Basically while playing a game it will freeze from time to time and stutter until a certain point where i reach a bluescreen. I've used BlueScreenView to see what's causing the issue and I've gathered information about these 4 BSoD's:

1st - REFERENCE_BY_POINTER caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe (bug check code 0x00000018)

2nd - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
and dxgkrnl.sys (0x0000003b)

3rd - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
and win32kfull.sys (0x0000003b)

4th - REFERENCE_BY_POINTER caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe (0x00000018)

If there is a need of sending the dumps, please tell me and i will try my best to deliver them.

My question is, is there any solution to the following bluescreens?

Windows 10 Pro BSODs REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

Dell XPS 9380, Windows 10 Pro x64 b1909.

Over the last few weeks I have encountered occasional BSODs with STOP code 0x00000018 (REFERENCE_BY_POINTER),. Initially these seemed to occur primarily during shutdown, but over the last day or two they have become more frequent and occur at any time. I
can find no obvious or recurring events in the System or Application logs that precede the BSODs.

I have carried out the following, and will see if any of it helps:

• Updated drivers via Device Manager (graphics, WLAN NIC, Intel Management Engine Interface).
• Updated drivers via MS Update (Realtek - Extender, Intel System).
• Ran chkdsk on the C: drive (OK).
• Ran sfc /scannow - fixes made.
• Ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (OK).
  
• Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic (OK).
