Windows 10: BSOD stop code 0xc000012a

Discus and support BSOD stop code 0xc000012a in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Today when I was using my laptop it suddenly went black.     BSOD stop code 0xc000012a


    Today when I was using my laptop it suddenly went black. At first I though it ran out of battery but then I realised I never got a low battery message. When I turned it back on, my laptop blue screened and came up with the stop code 0xc000012a. I went into advanced options and have tried to reset it back to the latest backup and reinstall windows while keeping all my personal data but it always says they failed and nothing changed then takes me back to the blue screen. I have a HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1.

    Windows 10 0xC000012A start error

    Hello Mitch,

    As Dhavelyn Mer said previously, the Error
    0xC000012A may also be caused by new or updated device driver, system service, or third-party application. See this article:

    Bug Check 0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED     and follow the suggested troubleshooting steps.

    Keep us posted with the results.
