Windows 10: BSOD Stop Code: bad_system_config_info and error code: 0xc0000001 booting problem repair

Hello Microsoft team! This problem I have is something I cannot seem to fix with many solutions tried. BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.

 

BSOD error codes HELP!!!!!!

Are they two different codes or is one a stop code and the other a sub code or address?
Sort a confusing post and not to much info to work with.
Has, or did, customer install any updates, software, or A/V lately?
Has the computer crashed, or did, he/she do a power off without shutting down properly?

Sounds like a driver or software problem. Or, corruption of Windows by an improper shutdown or software install/un-install.

Get the customer to try:

1. Chkdsk with the repair option (will probably have to re-boot to accomplish this).
2. Have the customer run, from an administrative command prompt, "sfc /scannow" (with out the quotes and put a space between the "c" and "/". This will check for errors to the system files.
3. Customer can, also, boot to the Windows DVD and run the startup repair.
4. you may want to have them try a system restore to an earlier point.
