Windows 10: BSOD store exception unexplained

BSOD 'store exception' is happening sporadically on my Windows 10 system no further info - no error code, nothing and BS-dump file does not get written progress stays at 0%, requiring hard reboot. Upon rebooting, an event is logged saying the previous shutdown was unexpected ie the crash. However, the time cited for the previous shutdown is always ca 5 minutes BEFORE the system actually crashed. When a crash happens, the monitor freezes and the system appears to no longer accepts keyboard or mouse input for a period of time before BSOD finally happens.Errors and criticals logged around t

I saw this error " unexpected-store-exception ", then my laptop restarted. At boot screen it shows disk checking and after completion I reached my lock screen, where I entered my password. then it goes blank. I had to force shut down. I tried to use the
steps in

but i cant even reach my task manager.
