Windows 10: BSOD System license violation

Hello, my computer recently started getting BSOD for no apparent reason, I never changed anything about it. At first it was different error codes but after trying everything its just the system license violation. I've tried everything listed in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/system-license-violation-bsod/0bfa2a04-56af-4e73-bff9-ce80f9e78a0c with no avail. I've reinstalled windows from a disk, I've tried using a bootable flash drive, I've reseated all hardware, I've run startup repair, I've installed windows on a fresh ssd and that wouldn't even work. System License Violation BSOD

I did a system restore after the issue with WIFI hardware device but it didn’t help so I restarted my laptop again. Restarting didn’t help either and since that moment I have been having the system license violation BSOD for every start-up.

I am unable to do another system restore, to access safe mode, to reset my PC.
