Windows 10: BSOD System Service Exception Ntfs.sys

Got the blue screen of death with the message System Service Exception Ntfs.sys.

What do I do to fix this from happening again?


This is on my Acer Aspire A515-43 laptop running Windows 10 Home Ver 1909, 64 bit operating system.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with Radeon Vega Mobil Gfx. RAM: 4GB


For weeks now my screen would go black for a few seconds but then come back. Sometimes this happens quite often during the day, and sometimes it go days without it happening.

Hi, I've been having BSOD errors. Usually it appears to be System Service Exception, but occasionally Kmode Exception Not Handled error would appear. Both have the same stop code (igdkmd64.sys). DMP and MSInfo files are available in the onedrive link below.

Wdf01000.sys error appears.
