Windows 10: BSOD "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" after replacing a non-sys hard drive

My PC with Windows 11 pro had a failing non system hard drive as part of VHD so I break the VHD mirror, ordered a new one with the same size to replace it. When I removed the failing HD and plugged the new one I got blue screen with message "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED". Then I removed the new HD and the PC can start normally. I have the minidump. Please help. Thanks!

my laptops hard drive died with windows 8.1 and it has a intel core i7 so i swapped it with my other laptops hard drive that has a amd quad core with windows 10. when I start up my laptop it gives me a blue screen with error system thread exception not

• W10 1809 media creation tool - boots but results in the same error.

1. Note 1: if I disconnect SSD1, HDD1 (W10 drive systems) the W10 USB can boot!
2. Note 2: while using W10 USB, If I attempt to reconnect either drive I get BSOD (system thread exception not handled - ntfs.sys)
