    BSOD system thread exception not handled


    Hello, everyone. I work at a school, and one of my teachers is having trouble with his computer. It's a Dell Latitude E5470 running on Windows 10 Pro version 21H1. After I log in, it goes to a BSOD after three or four minutes, saying "system thread exception not handled."I know it has something to do with the wifi because it doesn't happen when I use wired internet. I ran the Dell Support Assistant and installed all updates. I've installed all Windows updates. I've tried SFC scan, DISM, and chkdsk without success. The memory diagnostic didn't find anything either. I tried a clean boot
