Windows 10: BSOD system thread exception

    BSOD system thread exception


    Finally got into safe mode through command prompt and was able to delete the driver from my Nvidia graphics card. Booted back up in normal mode and began the download for new driver. Then BSOD during installation. Ideas? Would love to put my crash file up here but I don't know how to do that.

    Hi Mark,

    For possible resolution, you may try performing a clean boot. It will
    start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. Also, it helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows.

    BSOD system thread exception

    Computer seems to run fine when I use the default "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

    Tried reinstalling Mvidia drivers again, this time a BSOD of "bad pool call"

    After completely deleting the Nvidia folder I was able to update driver and use computer for approx. 5 minutes before "System Thread Exception Not Handled" BSOD. Would appreciate some insight here. Going to try an older driver now.
