Windows 10: BSOD, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Hello, I am trying to help someone fix their computer. I have a little bit of knowledge regarding computers and windows. I am getting a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD every time I boot into windows. I am able to get into the login screen and go to safe mode by pressing shift and restart. If I use startup repair and then windows recovery environment I can log in to the desktop for a minute before I get the error again. I've tried resetting the PC but no luck. Also tried going back to the previous version of windows but nothing either. I check the installed programs and I didn't see anything malicious or any adware. I am able to gain access to all the files on the boot drive by booting into another drive and then accessing the drive from file explorer. Also I don't believe it is a hardware issue as I booted into another drive, however that was running windows 8 and the original drive was running 10. The specs are 8bg of ddr3 ram. intel i5 6400, and a 2tb hard drive running on windows 10 home 64bit

BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver

BSOD cause by ntkrnlmp.exe SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Hi Eric, actually this issue persists when I started to use this new laptop, therefore I had run a fresh windows , however this issue still persists. BSOD happens occasionally, and I found out that no BSOD occur if I turn off the fast startup feature.

For your information, I had installed an extra slot of 4 gigs RAM during the purchase of this laptop
