Windows 10: BSOD: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a...

My laptop Samsung NP740U5L running Windows 10 keeps restarting itself due to an error if I leave it on battery for a while. I've taken a look at the Event Viewer and it looks like each of the restart logs begin as per the quoted part of the title: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a 0x000000000000003f".

Anyone know how I can diagnose/fix this? Any help much appreciated!

(BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

Is there any way I can see what caused this? I also seem to be having quite some problems with Windows Update. Not sure if this is the cause for the BSOD or simply because of the BSOD.
