Windows 10: BSOD, then Scanning and Repairing Drive was stuck at 100%, then system started normally but...

My PC suddenly had a Blue Screen. Stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.I had not installed any new hardware or software recently. The only program I had open was Sound Blaster Command, which is my sound card software. The bluescreen happened randomly, right after simply left clicking on an empty are on my desktop.I restarted the PC, and it started scanning and repairing drive C. But it got stuck at 100%, with the spinning wheel underneath perpetually spinning.After several minutes of being stuck on 100%, I restarted the PC, and it said that it failed to start windows and offered to launch System

On start up my computer says scanning and repairing drive c 100 % complete but appears stuck

I restarted my Lenovo laptop the other day to its factory settings, and it's been stuck at 100% for Scanning and repairing drive (C since yesterday when I woke up. So it's basically been stuck for an entire 24+ hours at 100%. What do I do?

After updating Windows 10, I've been having an issue where a game I played crashed constantly. After realizing there was no solution, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 and start from scratch.

After waiting for hours, Windows finally got to the second step. It's been stuck on "Scanning and repairing drive (C: 100% complete" for almost 5 hours. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't want to reset the computer and start all over. Is there a
solution to this?
