    I think it first started with when my windows would try to update and the day a problem occurred and would then continue to undo updates.

    One day I was using my laptop (hp) and the WiFi network wasnt picking up so I troubleshooted the problem and it said something about restart for changes to take place, I didnt initially but then my wireless option wasnt turning on so I restarted and it went straight to automatic repair until it said it couldnt repair. I tried all the advanced troubleshooting options even the reset options but none worked.

    I download the tenorshare windows boot genius an tried to boot it from a flash drive but then it can to a blue screen which wast talking something about ACPI BIOS SYSTEM ERROR. I want my system to boot without losing my sensitive files can anyone provide help?

    Getting multiple different BSOD crashes tried MANY things

    I cannot do the last three steps because they take too long and my computer BSOD's every time.

    New crash dmp files.

    Weird BSOD problem


    Hi Everyone,

    I have a weird BSOD problem which I cannot solve for a while(it persists still after upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7)

    The main strange thing about this is that I get BSOD only after cold boot.
    So it acts like this:

    1. start PC.
    2. Get to Windows Logo Screen
    3. BSOD
    4. Restart
    5. Get to menu where I can try to repair or Start NormallyIf I Choose Repair, it will fail to repair and will try to restoreIf I Choose Start Normally, it will start OK, no BSOD, can work normally, games, browse internet, everything is normal.6. Shutdown PC
    7. Next time when I start is all over again i.e. Go to Step 1

    I have this problem for a while, so what I tried:
    1. Another Windows 7
    2. Another HDD
    3. Only HDD connected
    4. Changed RAM
    5. Tried with built in GPU
    6. Upgraded to Windows 10


    Result is the same as above every time.

    Please suggest what could be the cause.
    Logs collected with DM_Log_Collector, attached.

    I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if this helps:

    Method 1: Uninstall and re-install the drivers.

    Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall the Graphic Card Drivers and then re-install them.

    Follow these steps to uninstall the drivers.


    • Press Windows key + X and select
      Device Manager.

    • Search for Graphic card and expand it.

    • Right click on the driver and select
      Uninstall.
    Step 2: I suggest you to re-install the drivers, go to the manufacturer’s website to download the graphic drivers for your laptop and then install them.

    Method 2: You can try installing the drivers in compatibility mode and check if this helps:


    • Press the ‘Windows key on the keyboard.

    • Type compatibility in the search box and then press enter.

    • Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.

    • Select the drivers and install.
