    BSOD Unexpected Store Exception and Critical Process Died


    Hi,


    I have recently been having trouble with my computer with regards to multiple BSOD's. These occur quite frequently on my laptop, causing me to restart my computer. As far as I can tell, there is no discernible pattern to these BSOD's, although I do believe that they are more common when I am listening to audio on my laptop. There are no new Windows updates to install, and I have ran a full computer scan using Windows Defender which found nothing of harm. I have also tried a hard drive scan (I think) by entering scannow into terminal, which also came back clean. I have tried to update my drivers, but no updates appear when I try to find them in device manager. However, when using driver update applications such as Driver Easy, multiple possible updates are found. I am very frustrated that these screens appear on my laptop and force me to restart and lose and work that is unsaved on my laptop. I do not want to reset my computer, although I am willing to do so if the problems will go away. Please help me.

    Model NP940Z5L

    Intel i7 6700 HQ

    Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M

    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.
    It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
    When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

    BSOD : UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION - CRITICAL PROCESS DIED - MEMORY MANAGEMENT

    On my 3rd BSOD - happens about every week or two

    Windows 10 - Surface Pro 2017 (had for about 2 months)

    I am trying all the recommended fixes. Should I try to replace the entire Surface Pro?

    PC getting Unexpected Store Exception and Critical Process Died BSOD.

    Hi,

    My PC is getting Critical Process Died and Unexpected Store Exception BSOD. Please help me fix it. After the PC restarts from BSOD, it goes into BIOS and my SSD doesn't show there. I have to shut down the PC and then it starts normally and eventually again
    gets the BSOD.

    Guide me how to find the logs and I will promptly share them.

    Any help will be appreciated.
