Windows 10: BSOD - UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION

Any suggestions on how to resolve this ? I keep geeting a BSOD a day, sometimes multiple since Sep 10, 2019. Not sure if this has anything to do with the update. I uninstalled all updates installed on Sep 10, but problem didn't go away. Now my device is up to date and all drivers updated by manufacturer (Dell) and Memory Diagnostic Test shows no errors. BSOD points to NTOSKRNL as the offending process.

Prior to that, system was running normally without any issues. No new software/hardware has been added.

I saw this error " unexpected-store-exception ", then my laptop restarted. At boot screen it shows disk checking and after completion I reached my lock screen, where I entered my password. then it goes blank. I had to force shut down. I tried to use the
steps in

but i cant even reach my task manager.

Please tell me what I can do to fix this
