Windows 10: BSOD Unexpected_kernel_mode_trap+system_check_exception+ several other

No restore point that works, os drive is locked by windows, so can't reinstal.. It seems that it can't finish the update without causing my pc to crash and not finishing it locks the drive from use. Nice feature ffs. It seems that choosing to buy windows 10 was a bad idea in the first place.

 

What error message do you get?

What do you see when you try to reset driver verifier?

 

Verifier: no settings were changed.
Rollback: error: 0x8007051a
Reinstall: Drive is locked

I already check'd that none of my drives appear readonly, so I'm hitting my head to a wall here.

Fixed the rollback error message.

 

Open command prompt and enter the following commands
Code: diskpart list disk sel disk X (select the disk where windows is installed) list partition[/quote] Make a photo of the partitions and post them.

 

I'm on my phone and it doesn't let me see any of the required tabs to post a picture.
Partition 1 / recovery / 450mb / 1024kb offset
Partition 2 / system / 99mb / 451mb offset
Partition 3 / reserved / 16mb / 550mb offset
Partition 4 / primary / 446gb / 566mb offset

 

Do you boot from rescue media when accessing the recovery?

 

From install usb stick, since I don't have any restore image, only restore points.

 

In command prompt enter
Code: chkdsk C: /f[/quote] C is the windows partition letter, if you have another letter use that letter instead
/f fixes errors on the disk
You also might want to try /r, this command locates bad sectors and recovers readable information and has the /f functionality included, but this command takes quite a while.

 

No faults found, not even one bad sector. I'm guessing that the instal stick had a glitch that caused it to not find partition needed, since now it reverted to report that error message again (edited my previous message about rollback error code).

So back again.. Nothing I tried fixed the problem, so now I'm stuck with another windows installation. I got reinstalling working after a while, but now I had to roll back again, since one of the problematic updates struck again. Atm I'm in a situation that I'm not even installing anything not "must" on the computer, just the bare basic (intel lan drivers for net and gfx drivers) and still something is failing when one of the updates installs to the computer. Can't even see what it is since it's instant bsod after it's downloaded and no way it lets me log to windows again after that.

 

If you can use the tool again, please do so and upload the zip file.
As I understand it, it is a hardware problem.
