BSOD using Chrome browser Windows 10

    Hello everybody,

Can anybody help me decrypting this BSOD. It appears regularly on my machine while using Google Chrome. The Computer is a new LENOVO Desktop. I ran the Memory check and apparantly everything seems to be OK which is why I presume it's Software related.

    Thanks for your help

    Cheers

    Martin

    :)

Google Chrome , BSOD and Windows 10

I have Windows 10 and use Chrome for my browser. Every time I open Chrome, for the first time of the day, Windows 10 would give me the BSOD, restart and then work fine. I turned off the Chrome extensions Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and things seem to
running normally now. No more BSOD. Is there anything else I should fix if I want to use Chrome with Win 10?

The logs are in a foreign language. We cannot read them.
If possible please resend in English.

  5. The logs are in german. So thats my part ;-). There are not much information in windows eventlog so we have to analyze the bsod dump itself:

Code: 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (10.06.2017 20:57:42) [Windows 10] CAUSED BY: memory_corruption PROCESS: svchost.exe Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility[/quote]
memory_corruption is shown as cause. So did u run memtest correctly? U have to use ** Memtest86+ V5.01 (27/09/2013)** and run it at least 8 passes

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

But I think in your case the RAM is not the cause. More realistic would be an problem with a driver
