Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

I would like to see a few details of your Windows activation.
Please run in an admin command prompt following command
Code: slmgr /dlv
a pop-up will show within a few moments, please make a screenshot of it and post it.

7. a pop-up will show within a few moments, please make a screenshot of it and post it.
No I can seriously tell you, its a legit version of windows I got off Productinfo - Slim.nl

I dont know what KMS is doing to my windows, but the windows is legit I can tell you that.

If you got your key from a site it would be a retail one, not a KMS activation.

9. So wait how did I end up getting this? Im 100% sure that site I got windows off is legit, but it seems like KMS messed up something with my activation.

Did you get an option to choose what you wanted to crack?
You've gotten a key from that site?

A FYI, I'm only continuing support because I would like to get to the bottom on this one, if that is clarified we won't provide support until you have removed all piracy from your system.

11. Oh shit sorry about that. Im just a poor ass student using the free edu version of windows, I gotta admit I used KMS to activate microsoft word, but I can promise you my windows is legal, I got it off the site I already linked.

Im not sure about KMS but I think I just clicked a button and it cracked everything microsoft related to my pc, messing up with my legal windows installation too.

Yes I have, I managed with a quick google to found out that the KMS I used was using a cracked key to activate windows so that messed up my windows. Can I somehow get this reverted? I already mailed slim.nl just in case I need a new key.

The best would be to perform a clean installation leaving no traces behind of the problem *Smile

15. Ok thanks a lot, I will do this and then you can look into my bsod again right?
