Windows 10: BSOD : VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR linked to NVIDIA

Hello,For quite some time, my ACER PREDATOR PH317-53 has been experiencing BSOD with this code, when I'm in a video game. I have a RTX 2060. The game crashes randomly after 10 to 100 minutes of play, and then I get this BSOD. This has happened with various games using the GPU intensively my PC gets very hot most of the time, without exceeding 90°. It seems the NVIDIA card just turns off when the game crashes, because when I have other programs running with the GPU, the NVIDIA widget shows me that no program is active just after the crash. Sometimes, I hear what appears to be loud fan noise

Getting "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" BSOD

Since 1 month my laptop is having BSOD while gaming, the stop code is "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR". I have uninstalled and reinstalled old and new gpu drivers, reset my windows but the BSOD still occurs.

Event viewer shows "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. I even rolled back gpu drivers multiple times, but getting Video dxgkrnl fatal error bsod. The issue occurs only while gaming. Also ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow before and even now, no errors found. Everytime after the BSOD, the laptop restarts and gpu is gone from device manager, I have to reset the bios to get nvidia gpu to show again. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you

 

BSOD VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

Hi Microsoft,

I have an MSI GS43 it has two graphic cards, one nvidia and one intel integrated. When I disable the nvidia driver from device manager my laptop work like a charm, no error. When I enable the nVidia driver the problem appear. after a few seconds the blue
screen appear with the code VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. My laptop then tries to restart but it gets stuck on the msi logo and will not boot again. I neet to hard shut down and then restart. The windows restarts normally and after 3-4 seconds BSOD again and
again. I did update my video kard drivers and every suggestion which I've read.

I can also provide mini dump files or whatever it is needed for someone to understand the issue. I also have updated my Windows 10 to 1909.

VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

I am using acer aspire 7 with integrated graphic card and dedicated nvidia 1650 4gb graphics card. First i started getting VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR and windows restart s, but after this restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled, non of the nvidia software runs they show no graphic card detected. Because of this i reset windows completely but after this also the problem is repeating.

After I shut down and on my laptop after some time it shows nvidia graphics card and no issue but suddenly after some time VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR blue screen pops and windows restarts after restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled.

I also updated drivers but no use.

Help me in solving this issue
