Windows 10: BSOD Video DXGKRNL fatal error

I’ve included the dump file on media fire. It was a new laptop but now it’s past the return policy because we thought it would go away because it wouldn’t do it for weeks after updating etc and then it just randomly started again. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated We have a gigabyte aorus 15P XD running windows 11 build 22631 with an 11th gen i7 11800. Getting "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" BSOD

Since 1 month my laptop is having BSOD while gaming, the stop code is "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR". I have uninstalled and reinstalled old and new gpu drivers, reset my windows but the BSOD still occurs.

Event viewer shows "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. I even rolled back gpu drivers multiple times, but getting Video dxgkrnl fatal error bsod. The issue occurs only while gaming. Also ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow before and even now, no errors found. Everytime after the BSOD, the laptop restarts and gpu is gone from device manager, I have to reset the bios to get nvidia gpu to show again. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you

 

Random VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR BSODs

All I can tell you is what I see in the dump. Did you try the latest using DDU and not installing PHYSX as you did the driver from the ASUS web site?

 

I get BSOD multiple times a day and it says: video dxgkrnl fatal error
