Windows 10: BSOD video memory management internal dxgmms2.sys

So my pc gave a random BSOD with checkcode video memory management internal dxgmms2.sys & was woundering what could be causing this. This happened while playing games & have updated my gpu drivers to the latest version aswell as my intel integrated graphics driver as they were 6 months out of date as Im not sure that was the cause of it. I will provide the dump file. After this BSOD & updated drivers for both Intel & Nvidia GPU my PC has been fine & no more BSODs. I just wasn’t sure which driver is causing this BSOD as I know this stopcode is caused by drivers. Dump file

I just got a BSOD- error code: Video memory management internal. Dump files indicates an issue with the program "dxgmms2.sys"

-I have all the latest GPU drivers installed after DDU {Nvidia 512.95}.
-Memtest shows no Ram issues
-CHKDSK scans report no errors in SSD or HDD

My specs:
- i3 10100F
-MSI GTX 1650 Gddr6
-MSI H510m pro-e
-TeamGroup 16Gb ram 2666mhz
-ADATA 120gb SSD (for system)
-500gb HDD (for games)
-450W PSU
-Windows 10 Home

No, Nvidia Driver was not mentioned in the minidump file. Nvidia driver is nvlddmkm.sys but dxgmms2.sys is a Windows file, so it could be the Nvidia graphics card or the build-in display card that is caused the BSOD.

dxgmms2.sys BSOD

Hello,

A while back, my computer lost power while it was installing windows updates. Since then, I've had BSODs every couple days, with various errors pointing to a driver error. These were annoying, but manageable. I tried a few basic troubleshooting steps, like
using a removal tool for my graphics card drivers and reinstalling, but I didn't do much else.

The last couple days, the BSOD rate has ramped up, and I started seeing "dxgmms2.sys" get listed in the BSODs, which is relatively new.
