Windows 10: BSOD VTDR failure atikmpag.sys

    I'm one month into using my new build: Ryzen 3600, B450 motherboard, gigabyte 5600xt gaming OC.

    1. I get BSOD while gaming or browsing the internet. VTDR failure atikmpag.sys. I've tried everything one can find in terms of solutiosn on the internet: clean install of all drivers, windows, cleaned GPU (it was spotless, it's brand new). Any further ideas?
    2. If no further ideas, is this less of a problem with Nvidia GPU? I'm happy to RMA this AMD GPU and get a 2060 super.

    BSOD win32kfull.sys critical structure failure

    Anyone has any idea what's going on? I keep getting this BSOD

    I know that it is linked to atikmdag.sys

    I've also found a way to fix it Fix atikmpag.sys / atikmdag.sys blue screen errors (BSOD)

    However it requires me to disable driver enforcement which windows 10 does not permit permanently...

    Yes i am aware of the changing startup thingy but it only procs until reboot occurs

    BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys)

    Hi Seung,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused by BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys).

    Please let us know the make/model of your computer.

    The L1C63x64.sys is the Atheros LAN driver and I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Atheros LAN driver but install the latest Atheros LAN driver by visiting the manufacture's website and avoid using any LAN driver available though Windows Update.

    However the problem could also be with any VPN software and other software so make sure you have the latest version of each of these software.

    If the errors continue uninstall the VPN software and check if the issue persist.
