    BSOD w/ Attachment

    Good evening,

I have been receiving multiple bsod. The first couple of times was while I was playing an mmo called Dragomon Hunter a few days ago. Then three times today while trying to download diablo 3 from battle net.

Initially I used BlueScreenView where it told me the two bsod had something to do with dxgmms2.sys and ntoskrnl.exe.
The three times today it had something to do with netio.sys and ntoskrnl.exe.

Attached you will find the results from DM Log Collector.

    Thankyou for your time.

    Hey peeps,

I seem to keep getting BSOD's, I have solved them once with your help and was hoping for help again. In addition, help preventing these would also be appreciated due to their impeccable timing... I've attached the minidumps, speccy, and msinfo files via
    onedrive.

    Thanks in advance.

That is the correct driver yes, in the list of products below in the page you can see
Code: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V[/quote] I hope it doesn't matter if you don't uninstall first, but if you do of course first download the driver *Smile

Okay I've succesfully installed the new intel network driver, hopefully this will fix my problem. *Smile

btw if it's not too much of a hassle, would you be able to tell me what other drivers in my system requires updating?

    Thankyou and god bless!

That won't be a problem, but I usually look for drivers that are not in 2015 because they are often causing the most problems.
I won't give data about them directly in this post, the links I post are links for more information about the drivers that include update links

Dust can cause various of problems.

It is pretty easy to do (once you know it).
It takes some time to write instructions for how to do it properly, so I'm posting a tutorial that explains it.
Please read the whole page properly, the warning part below in the page is important.
If you have read it properly and performed it properly, nothing can go wrong *Smile

Does the log report indicate what exactly is the culprit? I'm thinking I might have to take it down to the shop soon.

The intel network driver is the cause again.
Unfortunately, it is not clear if this is a driver bug or the network card self.
Yes it could also be the network card a.t.m.
