  2. BSOD WATCHDOG ERROR (133)

    Hello, HappyGreenland

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing blue screen issues.

Firstly, thank you for providing the blue screen file. Based on the information provided, the system is experiencing a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133) error, which is usually caused by the system accumulating IRQLs at DISPATCH_LEVEL or higher for an extended period of time.

Based on the results of the analysis, it appears that a problem is occurring in the ACPI.sys driver, specifically a timeout error is raised at the ACPI!ACPIWriteGpeEnableRegister function. This may involve a hardware related ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) issue.

Here are some suggestions on what you can do:

    1. Update drivers: Check the Device Manager for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark and try to update the drivers for those devices.

    2. Update BIOS: Go to your computer manufacturer's official website and download and install the latest BIOS version.

    3. Run a troubleshooting tool: Windows operating systems provide some built-in troubleshooting tools, such as the "Blue Screen Troubleshooter" tool. Search for and run the tool in the Start menu and follow the instructions to troubleshoot.

    4. Check for hardware problems: Troubleshoot hardware problems as much as possible, such as checking whether the memory sticks are installed correctly, cleaning the graphics card slots, etc. You can also contact your computer's after-sales service provider.

You can also contact your computer's manufacturer for a hardware overhaul, especially for the motherboard and power supply.

You can give us your feedback on the above steps and we will give you some appropriate follow-up suggestions.

Thank you for your time and effort in resolving this issue.

    Best regards

  3. BSOD WATCHDOG ERROR (133)

    Hi Bobhe,

Thank you for your response and suggestions. I appreciate your suggestions and have tried all of these methods before, but this issue keeps happening. I've ran a DISM and SFC scans, updated my BIOS system, used the troubleshooting tool, and have checked for hardware problems as well through my manufacturer. The manufacturer was not able to find any issues through the scan and said the system was healthy.

I've found articles about some of the audio drivers in which could be causing this Watchdog error. After some research, I noticed I had Razer Synapse and Cortex installed while I have a Nvidia audio driver as my main. I did delete these Razer drivers from my computer, but I'm still worried my computer will crash later in the future as I've been dealing with this for a while now.
