  1. BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR GenuineIntel.sys

My computer is going to BSOD randomly. When this problem started occurring, I also stopped being able to hear any sound on the computer and it's saying, "an error saying no output audio device" and when I shut it down, it never turns off fully. It sounds like the fan might quiet down and the screen shuts down but the light on the front of the computer never goes off and the tower is still on. I do not play games on this computer or anything like that, it's just a run of the mill computer I bought from the store that I do work on. No mods or anything like that. Below are the windbg detail

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

    Hi trainman81,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR GenuineIntel.sys [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

Please uninstall AVG and see if it helps

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.

    Hi vaargen,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

According to the dump there are a few drivers blamed.
    The Network In/Output system
The NIC (Network Interface Card) driver

My guess is that Daemon tools is the root of the problem.

    Hi Asellia,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.
