Windows 10: BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR when laptop wakes from sleep

Hello,I have a ASUS Zenbook 14 UX425JA running Windows 10 that is crashing a lot giving the BSOD error code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. It seems to happen most often after waking from sleep. I am attaching the minidump files and a MEMORY.DMP file here.Please help me with the details of why the computer is crashing and how I can fix it. Thank you very much.Regards,Fu

Hi Prakhar,

The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and one problem that has been bugging me is that everytime I wake the computer from sleep it comes back up and then after a few seconds (like 3-4) I'm getting a BSOD with the message WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

No overclock, no thermal issues etc.

Any ideas?

Hello guys....

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and one problem that has been bugging me is that everytime I wake the computer from sleep it comes back up and then after a few seconds (like 3-4) I'm getting a BSOD with the message WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

Any ideas?
