  1. BSOD when connected to TPlink WN727N Wi-Fi Adapter

I bought a mini PC to use as a vpn server and WOL connection. It is a Centrum C92 with a Celeron processor. BSOD happens when im connecting to my home Wi-Fi. It has no problem when connecting to my mobile hotspot. I assume it was the windows 10 version where BSOD happen when connected to WPA-3 Wi-Fi link, I updated to 22H2 and the problem still occurs. I have tried looking at the minidump files, and found that the problem is due to rtwlanu.sys but I don't know how to move forward from here. You can find the uploaded dump files here. https://1drv.ms/f/s!AuZmCtoppyEVgu8cNHEHvgB8cw913w?e=W1W6cOTh

    Virtual Wi-fi Adapter

Hi, I'm using my laptop as a second screen for my desktop. (by pressing win + p) For some reason, this feature is only available in Windows if your desktop has a wi-fi adapter. Funny thing is, that after I connect to my laptop with wi-fi, I can remove the adapter and it still works. I just managed to brake my adapter, so I was thinking if I can create a virtual wi-fi adapter somehow just to enable this option. Any suggestions?

    USB Wi-Fi Adapter Disabling

Is it on Windows 8's compatibility list (check MS website- forgot link)?

I had an issue with one Wi-fi adapter and it wasn't listed as compatible- All was well when I swapped it out with one on the compatibility list

Windows 10 stop automatically connecting to random new wi-fi networks

    Hi,

I have searched a lot, but all the tutorials I found only explained how to not connect automatically to a known wi-fi network or how to disable wi-fi sense... but this is not what I am looking for...

    PROBLEM:

    • When my laptop (Windows 10 Pro X64) is not connected to a network and the wireless adapter is on, it will automatically connect to any random new unsecured wi-fi network... The only way I have now to avoid this is to disable my wi-fi adapter.

UNUSEFUL TUTORIALS I FOUND ON THE INTERNET:

    • How to manually uncheck the option for a particular wi-fi network not to connect automatically in Network Properties. This is not what I am looking for. This would suggest that everytime I power my computer. I would have to manually go through all the available wi-fi networks and unclick them all...
    • How to disable Wi-Fi Sense. This is not useful, because I don't even have a Wi-Fi sense option in my computer where the tutorials say it should be.

    EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

    • I am looking for an option to tell my computer to stop connecting randomly to unknown wi-fi networks like an hyperactive, reckless idiot.

    PERSONAL COMMENT:

    • Honestly, why would any respectable company think that it could be somewhat wise or secure to do this... Anyone's computer could just randomly connect to any hacker's wi-fi network without the user even knowing it...

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
