Windows 10: BSoD when launch or installing anything DirectX relate Speculation

This all started maybe a month or so ago i was looking at the windows insider build stuff and accidently joined it and my PC updated. I tried the update and was instantly getting a "Green screen of death" Same as the BSoD just green. Figured it was just the update so i reset my PC to hopefully revert and now im still having the same issue. It seems to happening when trying to install direct X or running steams first time installation which sometimes has direct x as well. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Ram: 64GB GPU: PULSE AMD Radeon 6600XT Sapphire Motherboard: Rog Strix B550 F GamingWOS: 22621.1105Ex

DirectX related issues and not able to activate DirectPlay

There are various reasons why you are getting an internal system error related to DirectX on your computer. It is possible that the current version of the DirectX installed on your computer is incompatible with your games or some log files are corrupted.
To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• Did the issue start after a system update?

I suggest you to install all the updates on your computer.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Click on search
  bar, type Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for Update.
  
• 
  Download and
  Install the latest Windows Updates.
