Windows 10: BSOD When My AC Adapter is Removed

I'm running into this issue where if my AC adapter comes unplugged, my laptop will BSOD about 5 seconds after I plug it back in. Never have enough time to snap a pic, but it tells me that nvlddmkm.sys is what failed, which I've gathered has to do with my NVIDIA GPU.This only started happening after fixing a previous issue concerning WsaClient.exe, where I did a repair install of Windows 11 per the thread here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/wsaclientexe-error/108e92a8-c819-44a6-aa91-4aaac1270bd5I'd like to have to avoid bringing my computer for repairs when I don't have

Wake up from sleep with Microsoft AC Adapter

Hi Andy,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

I understand your concern to restart the laptop from sleep mode when connected to AC power adapter.

Please be informed us if you are facing any problem with while waking the computer from sleep mode.

I suggest you to update the drivers for AC power adapter from
Device Manager and check if it helps.

Steps :

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand AC Power Adapter.
• Right on the W and click on Update driver software.

If the drivers are updated, you will not have the option to Update Driver Software.

Step 2: If that does not fix the issue, please reinstall the display adapter drivers.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Display adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display adapter
  that is listed and click “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer and download, install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.

BSOD after plugging in AC adapter

Hi, I tried the method you told. I uninstalled the Battery and the AC Adapter driver, and restarted the laptop. But it didn't solve the problem. The BSOD still occured when I plugged the AC adapter. Actually, it happened not right after I plugged it, rather
around 3-5 minutes later.

Hi, recently my laptop always get to BSOD after I plug in the AC Adapter. The information on the BSOD screen said stopcode: DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER. I have updated my Windows to the last update available. Please help me solve this problem.
