Windows 10: BSOD when opening valorant seems to be a tpm problem but not sure

Getting a BSOD here are the dump files. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/g3oo7t23v8uw5/DumpNot sure where to go or what to do. I recently did install windows 11 on a new drive which never gave me any issue. It seems to be only with valorant but only sometimes. I did notice that vanguard is blocking a program once in a while when starting my pc but never had an issue.

Hi,

since Valorant runs its anti-cheat software with very high privileges, it is possible that it has such an impact. It is unlikely though.

Make sure you have your Bitlocker Recovery Key if you have Device Encryption/Bitlocker enabled, and try to disable, and then reenable the TPM in the UEFI settings.

You can also reset it through Windows:

Hit Win+R, then type "tpm.msc" and hit enter. On the right, click "delete TPM".

Then reboot your Computer, that should reinitialize the TPM.

TPM disabled while playing valorant

So i was just playing valorant on my acer swift x (SFX14-41G) with ryzen 5 5600u i accidentally sleep my laptop and when i try to login with my fingerprint it wont work. So i checked my event viewer and found out that the tpm encountered an unrecoverable error with event id: 14. So i was just wondering if it's the game issue or hardware issue since tpm is more like hardware but this problem happening when i update my valorant to the latest version but i dont see any people with this problem please help im in a dead end now

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.
