Windows 10: BSOD When playing any tipe of media for 15 minutes or so

The system always crashes/restarts/BSOD when playing videos from youtube or netlix within 10-30 minutes after clicking the play button. Same thing when playing videos outside of the browserLaptop: Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 2 years nowCPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800hGPU: Nvidia 1650 Ti and integrated amd gpuRAM: 2x8GB DDR4-32001600MHz by Kingstondid memtest86 free and windows memory diagnostic tool in extended mode, both resulted with no issues

Suddenly, BSOD every 15-20 minutes


As the title suggests, my PC has been running fine, up until last night, playing Fallout 4, suddenly BSOD. Today, I turn it back on, and it crashes booting, then crashes over and over every 15-20 minutes, giving me many different types of errors, including page file, security, etc. The crashes don't seem to be related to anything I'm doing, just random.

Log file attached as per instructions. If any additional details are needed, please let me know.

MEDIA PLAYER- unable to play or rip cd's

• Did you check if you are able to play using other CD'S?
• What is the exact error message or code you receive when you try to play the cd or try to Rip?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Media player and check if the issue persists. Refer to these steps to uninstall and reinstall Windows Media player:

• Press Window key + F, select “Settings’ tab below the search box.
• Type “Turn Windows features ON or OFF” and click on the tile with the same name.
• Now, expand the “Media features” and uncheck the box against “Windows Media player”.
• Restart the computer.
• Now follow the same steps and check the box against “Windows Media player” and
  restart the computer to reinstall.
• Check if the issue persists.

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
